We're looking for biology experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on advanced scientific content. Your knowledge will directly shape how AI understands, reasons through, and communicates complex biology — making a real impact on the next generation of scientific AI.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience required.
- Design challenging biology questions that rigorously test AI reasoning and knowledge
- Develop explicit, step-by-step solutions with well-structured scientific logic
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Identify gaps, errors, and weaknesses in AI responses across biology domains
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry,
or a closely related field
- Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
- Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely in writing
- Comfortable providing structured, analytical feedback
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific accuracy
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with large language models or AI-generated content
- Background spanning multiple biology subdisciplines (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, ecology, physiology)
