Maxwell Recruitment is currently seeking skilled, trade-qualified Boilermakers to join our client’s team based in Newcastle.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established local business, working with modern equipment and a supportive team.

About the Role

You will be working across heavy fabrication and repair projects, with duties including:

- Crack repairs and welding of pot shells from the aluminium smelter
- Heavy repairs and welding
- Structural steel fabrication
- MIG and flux core welding
- General fabrication and workshop duties
- Working from drawings and specifications

What We Are Looking For





- Trade-qualified Boilermakers/Fabricators
- Previous heavy fabrication, repair and welding experience
- Solid welding skills
- Ability to successfully complete a weld test
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team

Successful candidates will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol test prior to commencement.
