Your Role

Join Capgemini's Cloud & Custom Applications practice as a Boomi Integration Architect / Development Lead. As our Boomi subject matter expert, you'll lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions across major transformation and migration programs.

This is an opportunity to work with leading organisations, shape innovative AI-powered integration solutions, and influence enterprise technology strategies while helping grow Capgemini's integration capability.

You'll leverage modern integration technologies including Boomi Integration, API Management, Data Hub, Event Streams, Agentstudio, AI Agents, and intelligent automation to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions using the Boomi platform.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Boomi Integration, API Management, Data Hub, Event Streams, and Agentstudio.
- Architect modern API-led, event-driven, and real-time integration solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks and operational models for AI Agents, including guardrails, monitoring, compliance, security, and lifecycle management.
- Drive adoption of Boomi Data Hub to establish trusted enterprise data domains and golden records.
- Design and implement streaming and real-time integration capabilities using Boomi Event Streams.
- Advise clients on API governance, security standards, and API lifecycle management.
- Develop AI-powered accelerators and frameworks using Boomi Companion to enhance software delivery and automation.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance,



and mentoring to development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and executives to define integration strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, platform observability, and continuous delivery.

Your Profile: Essential Experience
- 10+ years' experience delivering enterprise integration, iPaaS, middleware, and event-driven architecture solutions.
- 5+ years' experience in Boomi architecture, technical leadership, or lead development roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience across Boomi AtomSphere, API Management, Data Hub, Event Streams, and platform governance.
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture patterns, API-led connectivity, messaging, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration best practices.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale integration programs from architecture through delivery.
- Experience with DevOps and automation tools, including GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, solution design, and decision-making capabilities.

Highly Desirable
- Boomi Ambassador accreditation or equivalent recognised Boomi expertise.
- Experience with Boomi Agentstudio, AI Agents, and agent governance frameworks.




- Experience implementing AI-driven integration and automation solutions.
- Knowledge of GenAI platforms including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini.
- Experience developing AI-assisted engineering frameworks and accelerators using Boomi Companion.
- Exposure to cloud-native integration architectures across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
