This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards, building strong relationships and ensuring residents receive a seamless experience.

You’ll also have responsibility for a second premium building, with the flexibility to work from the City Fringe site and attend the second building approximately twice per week.

The Role

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and presentation of both buildings
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and general building requirements
- Manage cleaning, security and external service providers
- Conduct regular building inspections and identify issues proactively
- Coordinate emergency and safety procedures
- Manage contractors, suppliers and third-party providers
- Assist with budgets, expenditure and building requirements
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Ensure building compliance and safety standards are maintained
- Build strong, professional relationships with residents, owners and stakeholders

About You

- Previous Building Manager experience
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Well presented and professional




- Clear and confident communication skills
- Strong knowledge of building operations and maintenance
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Committed to maintaining premium building standards
