We offer a no-display-home, no-weekend model and competitive commission structure.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing and nurturing warm leads —no cold calling required.
- Guiding clients through the full home building journey: finance, land, and construction.
- Creating tailored solutions that suit budget, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
- Collaborating with our internal teams to deliver a smooth, fast, and memorable build process.
- Working flexibly—WFH, in-office, or hybrid. You’re in control of your calendar.
- Match clients with the right builder from our wide panel of builders




- Sell homes from a wide range of builders for new estates, custom homes and multi unit developments.

What We’re Looking For

- A proven performer in sales/consulting within building,
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping people.
- Excellent communicator with robust client management skills.
- Organised and able to manage multiple client pipelines.
- Comfortable using CRMs and digital tools (we’re a tech-forward business).
