Role Description The Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) will support data-driven decision-making across client projects and internal initiatives. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Sydney, NSW, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and preparing reports and insights to inform content and marketing strategies. The role also involves assisting with stakeholder communication, tracking performance metrics, and helping to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. The analyst will work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable solutions.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, and basic documentation of workflows.

- Candidates should possess Business Process understanding to map current processes, spot inefficiencies, and suggest practical improvements.
- Candidates should possess skills in defining and managing Business Requirements to ensure project outcomes align with client and internal objectives.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with spreadsheets or BI tools, basic knowledge of marketing or creative agency operations, and strong attention to detail.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and maintain a collaborative, inclusive approach to problem-solving.
