Toll is seeking 4 x Business Analysts / Accounts Clerks to support a time-critical project focused on clearing a significant backlog of invoicing relating to Dedicated Distribution Service (DDS) loads and Network Carrier jobs.

Successful applicants must hold a minimum Baseline Clearance and be an Australian Citizen.

The project involves reviewing and closing out over 100,000 orders, helping accelerate invoice recovery, reduce revenue leakage and address aged debt exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Closing out DDS job events and POD data to enable invoicing
- Reconciling carrier payments and reciprocal invoicing to ADF
- Liaising with Commercial teams regarding invoice format and data capture
- Collating evidence for jobs processed incorrectly in ERP/TMS systems
- Validating MT data records
- Reviewing and resolving missing freight orders, POD events and invoice discrepancies
- Supporting carrier reconciliation and invoice validation

About You

- Minimum Baseline Security Clearance is required
- MUST be Australian Citizen
- Experience in Business Analysis, Accounts, Invoicing, Reconciliation or ERP/TMS environments
- SAP S/4HANA experience highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work through high-volume data
- Robust Excel and data reconciliation skills




- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing a large backlog
