Permanent | Grafton, NSW | Relocation Assistance Available An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Manager to join a well-established education organisation in Grafton, NSW .

This is a broad and influential position overseeing the organisation’s finance, business operations, administration, assets, risk, compliance and support functions . You’ll also lead and develop non-teaching support staff and act as a key business partner to senior leadership.

The role will have a strong financial focus, including annual budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, expenditure oversight and financial planning , alongside responsibility for broader operational areas including procurement, capital works, projects, governance and WHS.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business or similar
- Strong financial and commercial capability,



with experience managing budgets and business operations
- Leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage and develop support staff
- Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- The confidence to work closely with senior leadership and manage competing priorities
- CPA/CA accreditation is highly regarded , as is previous education-sector experience
