Apple is looking for a Business Operations Manager to support our Apple Pay and Wallet partners.

Description

Working within the Business Operations team, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the partner experience across Greater China, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia (GCANZSEA) as banks, financial institutions and other partners leverage Apple Pay and Wallet to deliver services to their customers.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Business Development, Marketing, Technical and Legal teams to strengthen and grow our existing partnerships. This includes helping to drive the implementation of new features and services across the region.

This role requires someone who can navigate complexity, build trusted relationships at multiple levels across partner organisations and internal teams,



and drive outcomes in a fast-moving setting.

The role is based in Sydney at our Martin Place office.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Strong track record of building and managing senior relationships with external partners and internal teams, using influence rather than authority to drive alignment

Proven ability to design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and frameworks

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to distil complexity into clear recommendations for senior audiences

Sound judgement and decision-making under ambiguous or evolving conditions

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes, quantify impact, and prioritise improvements

- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent work-streams
