Brisbane Isuzu is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our high-performing team in Eagle Farm.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Business Manager who thrives on building customer relationships, delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions, and maximising opportunities across warranties and aftermarket products. Working closely with our Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving delivering an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

As the Business Manager, you will:

- Guide customers through the finance and insurance process from application to settlement
- Present and arrange competitive vehicle finance solutions
- Present and promote a range of finance, insurance extended warranty and aftermarket products, identifying solutions that meet customer needs and maximise dealership profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase aftermarket product penetration and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to maximise customer outcomes and vehicle deliveries
- Achieve monthly finance, insurance and aftermarket sales targets
- Build and maintain solid relationships with lenders and business partners
- Ensure all documentation and transactions are compliant with relevant legislation and industry standards
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchasing journey
- Analyse performance results and identify opportunities to improve conversion and profitability

About You To be successful, you will have:





- Previous experience in an Automotive Business Manager or Finance & Insurance role
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strong penetration rates across finance, insurance, warranty and aftermarket product portfolios.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to explain finance products clearly and confidently
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge
- A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service
- The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing sales environment
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude

- Current Australian Driver Licence
