We are seeking an experienced Butcher for Full-time work in our retail shop with shifts available across Monday through to Sunday. The ideal candidate has experience in Asian-style butchery, including preparing specialist cuts and meat products commonly used across East and Southeast Asian cuisines for grocery, foodservice and restaurant customers.
This is a role suited to butchers looking for:

? Key Responsibilities
- Portion cutting meat to customer specifications
- Bandsaw operation (essential)
- Boning, trimming, slicing and knife work
- Maintaining yield, consistency and product quality
- Working within food safety / HACCP standards
- General production / warehouse duties (full-time roles)
✅ Skills & Experience
- Experience as a butcher
- Strong bandsaw experience (essential)
- Ability to portion cut accurately to weight and spec
- Reliable with ability to work
- Experience in fast-paced retail environments
? Pay & Benefits
- $38 – $50 per hour (depending on experience and arrangement)
- Monday–Sunday shifts on offer
- Flexible arrangements to suit full-time or part time
