Who We’re Looking ForYou’ll ideally have:
- A proven track record in commercial property
- Strong acquisitions, sales or buyer’s agent experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Sound understanding of yields, leases, WALE and due diligence
- Confidence dealing with commercial property investors
- A commercially astute and performance-driven approach
- The ambition to build a significant personal income
