Dipcro Pastry is a specialty croissant shop on the Gold Coast, known for our handmade pastries, great coffee and great service. With two locations at Chevron Island and Main Beach, we are a growing team that takes pride in everything we do.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic all rounder to join our team on a casual basis across both stores. This role combines front of house work with driving duties, delivering stock and products between our two locations and to our wholesale clients. A company vehicle is provided for all deliveries. No hospitality experience necessary, we are happy to train the right person. What matters most is a positive attitude, reliability and a genuine love for hospitality.

What You Will Be Doing

- Delivering stock and products between our two stores and to wholesale clients (company vehicle provided)
- Welcoming and serving customers with a smile
- Taking orders and handling the register
- Preparing and plating pastries and food items
- Assisting with coffee service (training provided)
- Keeping the store clean,



tidy and presentable
- Supporting the team wherever needed

What We Are Looking For

- A current and valid driver licence
- A clean driving record
- A friendly, positive and reliable attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on feedback
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Early morning availability for deliveries
- Available across weekdays and weekends
- Must be available to work across both Chevron Island and Main Beach locations

Pay: From $32.18 per hour
