- Contract: Fixed-Term Contract with view for extension - Immediate Start – Dec 2026
- Salary: $61,500 base + super

What you’ll be doing

- Answering inbound calls and walking customers through their salary packaging accounts.
- Solving queries with empathy, speed, and accuracy.
- Managing customer records and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
