We are currently looking for a reliable and responsible Support Worker to support a client living in Sunnybank QLD.

About the Client

Daily support includes minimal assistance with dressing and showering, close supervision while the participant is mobile, and support to access and participate in social and community activities. The participant is currently non-weight-bearing on the right leg and is able to complete pivot transfers with appropriate support and supervision.

Farsi-speaking preferred, but not required.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

- Has relevant support work or care experience or is genuinely interested in providing ongoing care
- Is responsible, reliable, patient, and compassionate




- Can commit seriously to the role rather than treating it as a casual or short-term job
- Has positive English communication skills
- Has been living in Australia for at least 6 months
- Has a valid driver’s licence and is comfortable driving, where required

Requirements
- Relevant Qualification (Students fine) - Individual support / disability support / community service / AIN / aging support
- CPR & First Aid
- Working with Children Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Card
