Do you have experience providing high-quality administration, reception and client support in a busy and varied environment?

We are seeking a Support Officer to provide flexible administrative support across Injury Matters. You will assist with reception and client enquiries, maintain accurate records and systems, support routine administrative processes, and provide day-to-day administrative assistance to help our teams effectively deliver Injury Matters’ programs and services.

Your Responsibilities

1. Provide reception services to Injury Matters, including efficiently answering and directing telephone calls, responding to general enquiries, and greeting visitors and clients.
2. Provide general administrative support across the People and Systems and Recovery Support Business Units, including document preparation, filing, data entry, scanning and other administrative tasks as required.
3. Monitor relevant shared mailboxes and action or direct correspondence to the appropriate team member in accordance with established processes.
4. Assist with the maintenance and ordering of office supplies.
5. Assist with client intake and associated administration, including entering and maintaining client information within relevant systems in accordance with established processes.
6. Assist with data entry and maintenance of organisational records and internal systems, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and compliance with established processes.
7. Provide administrative assistance with routine finance processes, including accounts processing, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and payroll as directed.

The technical bits

This position is a casual role based in our Leederville office and will primarily provide coverage for rostered days off, planned leave and unplanned leave.

Wednesday availability is a requirement of the position, with additional shifts offered based on operational and leave coverage requirements. Shifts will generally be approximately 7.5 hours in duration.

To support a successful commencement in the role, the successful candidate will be required to undertake one week of full-time training and induction upon commencement. You will also be required to provide a current satisfactory Police Clearance, and a valid Driver's Licence is necessary.
