Palm Club is a new island-inspired café and bar coming to Williamstown, serving vibrant Caribbean-influenced food alongside familiar café favourites with a Palm Club twist.

We’re looking for a capable and dependable Cook who enjoys working with flavour, takes pride in every plate and wants to be part of a supportive kitchen team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for

- Preparing menu items according to Palm Club recipes and standards
- Supporting breakfast, lunch and evening service
- Completing daily food preparation
- Maintaining consistent quality and presentation
- Keeping the kitchen clean, safe and organised
- Receiving and storing ingredients correctly
- Supporting the Chef and wider kitchen team
- Contributing positively during busy service periods

ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in a café, restaurant or commercial kitchen
- Can follow recipes and deliver dishes consistently
- Works cleanly, safely and efficiently




- Communicates well and supports the team
- Remains composed during busy service
- Is willing to learn recent flavours, techniques and menu items
- Takes responsibility and notices what needs to be done
- Is available across a mixture of weekdays and weekends

Experience with Caribbean food would be a bonus, but it isn’t essential. Curiosity, care and a genuine willingness to learn are more important to us. WHY JOIN PALM CLUB?
