COMPANION CARE WORKER (Casual Role) - Eastlakes, NSW

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working independently to help Santa Clara Home Care support seniors, empower people with disabilities, and deliver exceptional in-home care.

About The Role

Provide personalised in-home support, including social engagement, companionship, and emotional support.

Support clients with home-based tasks, such as cleaning, meal preparation, safety monitoring, grocery trips, appointments, errands, and recreational activities.

About You

Qualified and experienced, with police check, First Aid/CPR, NDIS screening (or willing to obtain), and at least 1 year of relevant community or aged care experience.

Reliable, compassionate, and client-focused, with strong communication skills, good rapport-building, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Adaptable and travel-ready, with a NSW driver’s licence, insured vehicle, mobile phone, and the ability to travel for client visits across Greater Sydney
