The Role:

Bellissimo Coffee store trades from 5am to 9:30pm, 7 days for coffee, juices, smoothies, light meals and everything you need for your home coffee needs, including our freshly roasted coffee beans. Come join the team of an award winning coffee roaster! We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Cooks/Production Chefs to join our team in a Casual capacity at Brisbane Airport. As a Kitchen Cook/Production Chef, you’ll be an essential part of our culinary team, preparing high-quality meals that delight our customers. You’ll follow recipes, maintain food hygiene standards, and ensure every dish is prepared efficiently and consistently.

*Availability for afternoon shifts for example 2:00PM-9:00PMExperience in a production kitchen and cafes advantageous ✅RIA pay grade Level 5 Cook Grade 4

What You’ll Do:

✅ Cooking and serving of customer meals to order

✅ Daily food preparation, plating & packing orders

✅ Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas

✅ Setup or shutdown of kitchen

✅ Assistance with daily stock take and rotation of stock

✅ General kitchen duties where required

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in a busy kitchen or food service setting

✅ Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene,



and WHS practices with a current food safety certificate

✅ Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)

✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
