URGENT: Disability Support Worker – Morwell/Moe/Trafalgar - ASAP Start

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for an immediate start in Morwell/Moe/Trafalgar Victoria. This is a rewarding chance to support participants with complex needs in a safe, structured, and person-centred environment.

You will be supporting clients with a range of complex presentations, requiring a calm, patient, and trauma-informed approach to care.

Essential Requirements

- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS number required)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability for morning shifts and sleepover shifts
- Demonstrated experience supporting clients with:
- Behaviours of Concern (BOC)
- Anxiety & ADHD
- Trauma-informed care needs
- Verbal and physical aggression

Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices




- Ability to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours
- Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
