Palm Club is a new island-inspired café and bar coming to Williamstown.
We’re creating a relaxed, welcoming venue where great service feels natural, the music is always right and every guest is treated like a regular.
We’re looking for energetic Front of House team members who love being around people and understand that memorable hospitality is about more than simply taking an order.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for
- Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression
- Taking orders and confidently discussing the menu
- Running food and drinks
- Maintaining clean and organised dining areas
- Supporting smooth service across the venue
- Working closely with the bar, coffee and kitchen teams
- Helping create the warm and social Palm Club atmosphere
ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone who:
- Is warm, friendly and comfortable starting a conversation
- Brings good energy without needing to be asked
- Notices what needs to be done and willingly jumps in
- Can stay calm,
organised and positive during busy periods
- Works well as part of a close team
- Is reliable, presentable and ready to learn
- Genuinely cares about the guest experience
Hospitality experience is helpful, but it isn’t everything. If you have the right attitude, robust people skills and a genuine willingness to learn, we want to hear from you. Daytime, evening and weekend availability will be valued.
