We're looking for a warm, organised, and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team in a casual role.

You'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping create a smooth and welcoming experience every day while supporting clinicians and keeping the hub running efficiently.

What you'll do:

- Greet and support patients with exceptional service
- Manage appointments, calls, and enquiries
- Handle patient records, billing, and payments
- Support clinical teams and daily hub operations

What we're looking for:

- Great communication and people skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in medical/dental reception (desirable)
- Experience with practice systems (EXACT or Best Practice preferred)
