Role Details

This role involves conducting an instore audit, where you will assess the restaurant and conduct checks, ensuring all back and front-of-house operations meet the required standards.

Monthly visits to a restaurant, approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per visit. Visits must completed between 2:15pm - 5pm Monday to Thursday only.

Visit Location - Must be able to commit to a monthly visit at the following locations

- Toowoomba

Audit Objectives: We have partnered with a national group of restaurants to provide independent assessments of:





- Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;)
- Food Safety
- Liquor Licensing
- Documentation checks.
- Temperature checks.
- Overall cleanliness checks.
- Store signage checks.
- Brand displays/visual merchandising

Training:

- Online Welcome Training and an in-store Training Sessions provided with pay
- Ongoing office support
- Monthly conference calls
- Additional yearly training

Requirements:

- Smartphone/Tablet (as reporting is conducted in-store)
- Confident completing online reports and questionnaires
- Attention to detail
- Skilled and proactive attitude
- Ability to commit to all locations for a monthly restaurant visit
- Auditing experience preferred, but not essential
