Texas Peak Pty Ltd is seeking a Casual Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at the Brooks Running store located at our Adelaide - Harbourtown store. In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales for our leading running brand Brooks.

What you'll be doing

- Providing outstanding customer service and building solid relationships with customer
- Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations to ensure their needs are met
- Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store environment
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Replenishing stock and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times
- Supporting the store manager with other duties as required





What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the sportswear or fashion industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service (
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A positive, energetic and team-oriented attitude
- Pro-active involvement in staff training sessions
- An eye for detail
- A passion for people and building connections
- Experience in fitness, footwear or movement preferred.
