Casual Tiling Worker

Employment Type: Casual

Pay: Award rate + applicable casual loading and allowances

Work Location: Various project sites across Brisbane and surrounding areas

Prestige Tiling and Design is looking for a reliable and experienced Casual Tiling Worker to join our growing team.

This role is suitable for someone with approximately 1–2 years of practical tiling or construction experience who is confident working on active job sites and is looking for flexible casual work across a variety of projects.

About the Role

You will assist with:

- Floor and wall tiling
- Surface and work-area preparation
- Measuring, marking and cutting tiles
- Laying tiles and assisting with finishing work
- Mixing and applying adhesives and grout
- Loading and unloading tools and materials
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas
- Safe use of tiling tools and equipment
- Following site instructions and workplace health and safety requirements
- Assisting experienced tilers with residential and commercial projects

About You We are looking for someone who:

- Has approximately 1–2 years of tiling or relevant construction experience
- Is reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in quality workmanship




- Can follow instructions and communicate respectfully with clients and team members
- Is physically capable of performing hands-on construction work
- Holds a valid White Card
- Holds a valid Australian driver’s licence
- Has valid Australian working rights
- Must have their own reliable car/vehicle
- Must be able and willing to travel to different project sites
- Has experience using basic tiling tools and equipment safely
