About The Opportunity
As an Administration Officer, you will provide a broad range of administrative and customer service support functions that contribute to the smooth operation of Community Health services. You will be a key point of contact for patients, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring enquiries are managed professionally and administrative processes are delivered efficiently.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Provide administrative support including reception duties, telephone enquiries, data entry, records management, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by acting as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and community stakeholders.
- Maintain patient management records and utilise a range of computerised systems to support service delivery and reporting requirements.
- Liaise effectively with staff across multiple departments to support business operations and achieve service outcomes.
- Contribute to quality improvement activities and support the implementation of new processes and technologies to enhance efficiency.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative, clerical, and customer service support in a busy environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and the ability to travel across CCLHD locations as required, with an understanding of how this role contributes to CCLHD's Caring for the Coast vision.
