Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group is looking for experienced Central Reservations Agents to join our central reservations team in Rhodes.

As part of our national reservations function, you will support guest bookings across our restaurant portfolio - The Meat & Wine Co, 6 Head and Hunter & Barrel.

This role is available on a part-time or casual basis, with Friday to Sunday availability essential, including shifts finishing at 9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage guest reservations promptly and accurately across multiple venues
- Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service
- Maintain strong knowledge of our restaurants, promotions and booking requirements
- Assist guests with tailored reservation options based on their needs
- Respond to guest enquiries and feedback
- Maintain knowledge of our loyalty program and member benefits

What We’re Looking For:





- Previous restaurant reservations experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management
- Confidence working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities
- Experience with SevenRooms or similar reservation platforms is highly regarded
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
