As a Centre Assistant at GG Gaming Lounge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming lounge. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized space, assisting with gaming equipment, and supporting various activities and events within the lounge. Your role will directly impact the experience of our customers, making sure they feel valued and engaged during their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and they have an enjoyable experience. Provide information on gaming stations, available games, and events.

Gaming Support:

Troubleshoot and assist with any gaming-related issues, including setting up gaming equipment, ensuring smooth functionality of consoles and PCs, and helping with game installations.

Facility Maintenance:

Ensure the gaming lounge is clean, well-organized, and welcoming at all times. Regularly monitor and tidy up gaming stations, seating areas, and communal spaces.





Event Assistance:

Help organize and facilitate gaming events, tournaments, and promotions. Assist in setting up equipment, managing participants, and ensuring events run smoothly.

Cash Handling & Transactions:

Process customer payments for gaming sessions, snacks, drinks, and merchandise. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels of gaming accessories, refreshments, and merchandise. Report low stock to the management team and assist with restocking.

Health & Safety:

Maintain a safe and comfortable setting for customers. Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, including cleaning and sanitizing gaming equipment between uses.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other staff members to ensure the seamless operation of the lounge. Communicate effectively to address customer needs and resolve any issues that arise.
