About the Role As Centre Director, you will take overall responsibility for the successful leadership and operation of the service.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring and developing your team
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the centre
- Driving quality improvement and continuous improvement
- Maintaining strong compliance with the NQF, NQS, EYLF and Queensland regulations
- Supporting the centre through Assessment & Rating




- Building strong relationships with children, families and the local community
- Driving enrolments, occupancy and centre performance
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention
- Creating a positive and accountable team culture
- Ensuring child safety and safeguarding practices remain a priority

About You We are looking for an experienced early childhood leader who:

- Has previous Centre Director / Service Manager experience
- Holds a Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood
- Has strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and Queensland regulatory requirements
- Is an inspirational and confident people leader
- Has strong operational and compliance skills
- Understands the importance of occupancy, enrolments and family engagement
- Is passionate about developing educators and future leaders
- Leads by example and creates a positive centre culture
- Is ambitious and looking for genuine career progression
