About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunities for an experienced Manager to lead our centres to success. This role will be responsible to oversee all areas of centre operations through leading and coaching your team, driving sales growth, Collaboration, and executing operational requirements to deliver excellence across the Centre. This role suits someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre.
- Maintain sales and second line of income targets.
- Raise your team to success
- Ability to train staff in sales techniques
- Merchandising of inventory.
- Linen inventory.
- Complete daily and weekly reports for management.
- Administration and Diary Management.
- Complete water chemistry test and treat effectively.
- Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
- Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity.
- Ensure that dress standards are maintained by all staff in the centre.
- Ensure that the customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily.
- Fortnightly/monthly Stocktake.
- Ensure the facility remains clean and well presented at all times.
- Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between clients.
- Make sure all infrared Sauna Rooms are cleaned and prepped for the next client.
- Health Fund Receipting.
- Performance Reviews.
- Brand compliance.
- Supplier Communication.
- Assist in recruitment and new staff inductions to centre.
- Team rostering and payroll duties.

We are a busy, fast paced Centre, and open from 8:30am - 9 pm 7 days per week so it is essential to be willing to work evenings and weekends
