Chef de Partie

We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

You will need to

- Hold a commercial kitchen qualification, or equivalent.
- Have the appropriate training and understanding of health and safety practices.
- Have exceptional level of hygiene and take pride in your appearance.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
- Be team orientated.
- Have a passion for food and the hospitality industry, with a genuine interest in producing high standard cuisine.
- Be able to take direction and follow instructions.
- Be able to portion food.




- Be pro-active and ensure your section is properly prepared and ready for service.
- Be confident to work in different sections of the kitchen, including cold and hot larder, grill and pizza sections.
- Consistent with presentation and quality of food.
- Examine food product to ensure quality and to meet our high standards.
- Understand how to store food in a temperature-controlled environment, following kitchen health regulations.
- Be able to store food correctly in the dry food store.
- Ensure food stock is correctly labelled and rotated.
- Have a positive and can-do attitude.

Salary range based on experience - $76,515 to $81,500. For the right person, we are offering an attractive salary, plus the superannuation guarantee.
