Welcome to Landers Pocket – Brisbane's newest and busiest destination for food, brews, and entertainment.

12 months ago we opened the doors to our massive 4 Pines craft brewery, working distillery, mini-golf, padel courts, a world-class driving range, live music under the stars, and an 800-person hospitality hub – all in one game-changing venue.

Off the back of Golf Central's success, Landers Pocket has launched bigger, louder, and already packed with guests. We're delivering a completely new standard of hospitality and golf entertainment.

ABOUT THE ROLE – CHEF

Employment type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

We're building a powerhouse kitchen team, and with the venue already running at full speed, we're looking for talented, reliable, and creative Full-Time Chefs who are ready to hit the ground running.

As a Chef at Landers Pocket, you will:

- Run your own section with confidence and consistency during high-volume service periods
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with recipe specifications and food safety standards
- Work with fresh, beer-inspired menu concepts across multiple kitchen outlets




- Contribute to menu development and seasonal menu changes
- Monitor stock levels, rotate ingredients, and minimise wastage within your section
- Deliver high-quality, fast-paced service across multiple venues and activations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant section in line with food safety and WHS requirements
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff and apprentices as required
- Help build and maintain an energetic, positive kitchen culture

Essential requirements:

- A relevant trade qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) is compulsory
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar kitchen workplace is compulsory
