Chef Manager - Full time

$83,473.00 Annually Base + 12% Super

- Permanent prospect located in Marleston
- Monday to Friday role, no weekends or public holidays
- Uniforms provided and parking on-site

Our wide range of foodservice solutions are designed to cater for any format and size of location. We have a rare opportunity for a Chef Manager to join us at Arnotts located in Marleston. Ideally you will have experience working within a commercial catering environment, possess strong people management, staff development and training, and be ready to take the next step in your career!

The Position

- Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and menu-based catering
- Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training both front and back of house
- Building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives




- Manage finances within a budget & maintain efficient operations across multi services
- Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S; compliance)

The Person

- Head Chef experience is essential
- Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Experience with full P&L; Management
- Menu creation and costing
- Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service (this is also a client facing role)
- Contract management experience (highly regarded)
- Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
