Experienced Chef – Full Time | Ranelagh Club, Mount Eliza

Ranelagh Club is looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

Set in the beautiful surrounds of Mount Eliza, our beachside, members-only club has recently completed an exciting kitchen renovation, creating a fantastic environment for our chefs to do what they do best.

We offer excellent working conditions and top industry rates for the right candidate, along with the opportunity to work across our regular club service and a variety of specialty functions.

What we’re looking for The successful candidate will have:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
- Experience working as part of a small, dedicated and supportive team
- A genuine passion for quality food and hospitality
- An interest in creating memorable menus and cooking for special events and functions
- Exceptional attention to detail




- A strong commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience
- Creativity, enthusiasm and a willingness to contribute recent ideas and recipes
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently multitask
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High standards of personal presentation, cleanliness and hygiene
- A reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated approach
- A trade qualification is advantageous
