You will be part of a large, friendly, and supportive catering team where quality, teamwork, and service excellence are highly valued. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your culinary skills to a meaningful healthcare setting In This Casual Role, You Will

- Prepare nutritious and appetising meals for patients, staff, doctors, the cafe and hospital functions.
- Support daily kitchen operations including ordering, stock rotation, and food safety compliance.
- Work collaboratively in a busy team environment, reporting to the Catering Manager and the Sous Chef
- Understanding and meeting patient dietary requirements.
- Ensuring food safety compliance (HACCP) and accurate record keeping.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and equipment.

About You

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential).
- Solid understanding of food hygiene and OH&S; standards.
- Proven experience in food preparation for individuals and groups (hospital experience highly regarded).
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows with strong organisation skills.
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
