Chef – Willunga Golf Course

Location: Willunga Golf Course

Hours: Varied-aligned to the onsite cafe, mornings, afternoons, early evenings and weekends.

Position Type: Part-Time / Casual

Are you an effective, reliable Chef who thrives in a relaxed, friendly environment? Willunga Golf Course is looking for a dependable Chef to take charge of our kitchen.

About the Role: You will be responsible for preparing and serving quality breakfast and lunch items to golfers and visitors heading off or wrapping up their rounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items (e.g., bacon & egg rolls, burgers, toasted sandwiches, chips, and daily specials) in a timely manner.

- Manage prep work to ensure seamless service during morning rushes.

- Maintain strict standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness.

- Monitor stock levels for service and notify management of reordering needs.





- Handle occasional front-of-house customer interactions with a friendly, welcoming attitude.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in short-order cooking, café, or kitchen operations.

- Valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.

- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working weekend mornings.

- Great communication skills and a team-player mindset.
