Gemelli Group is looking for a skilled and motivated chef to join our Gold Coast kitchen team. We are looking for someone who is confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment, has strong pans experience, and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will work closely with our Head Chef and senior kitchen team across a busy service.

Your responsibilities will include

- Working confidently across your section, particularly pans
- Preparing and cooking high-quality Italian dishes
- Maintaining consistency, presentation and portion standards
- Completing mise en place and preparing your section for service
- Working efficiently during busy, high-volume services
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Managing stock, storage and minimising food waste




- Supporting the wider kitchen team and contributing to a positive working environment

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Chef
- Strong experience working on pans
- Experience with Italian cuisine
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A reliable, professional and team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Full Australian working rights
- Currently residing in Australia – applicants must be in Australia to be considered
