Redcape Hospitality is looking for Chefs and Cooks to join the kitchen team at Hotel Brunswick in Brunswick Heads on a casual basis. We welcome applicants at different stages of their kitchen careers, with high-volume cooking experience preferred. Opportunities to work across all kitchen sections, including grill, fryer, larder and hand-stretched pizza. What you’ll be doing

- Prepare and cook meals to recipe and presentation standards
- Set up your section and keep prep on track for service
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver orders accurately and on time
- Help across kitchen sections during busy periods
- Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and follow food safety procedures
- Support stock rotation, portion control and waste reduction

What we’re looking for





- Previous cooking experience, preferably in a high-volume pub or restaurant
- Pride in delivering consistent food through busy service
- Strong teamwork, communication and a reliable approach
- Ability to stay organised and manage competing orders
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery desirable, but not essential
- Availability across lunch, dinner, weekends and public holidays
