As we continue to evolve and grow, we're looking for a passionate Chef to join the team and help deliver the quality food experience our guests have come to expect.

THE CHANCE

Reporting to the Head Chef, you are responsible for but not limited to:

- Preparing and producing dishes on the line with our highly efficient and harmonious kitchen team
- Maintaining high level kitchen standards and quality
- Support junior chefs in their training and development
- Assisting in achieving consistent GP and wage results
- Overseeing the food preparation, cooking and cleaning processes
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations
- Assist in the efficient Kitchen operations
- Wage management, stock-take and GP monitoring

WHO ARE YOU As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Minimum 2 years Cook/Chef experience




- Committed to the best standards of food preparation and service
- Experience with seasonal fresh cook to order menu's
- Knowledge and experience of kitchen food safety systems
- Can work under pressure and is an excellent team player
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Relevant skills for stocktaking and cost control
- We would consider 482 Visa Chefs, for the right candidate.
