The Opportunity This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly growing Australian healthcare and life sciences business.

Following significant investment in recent years, the business has expanded its people, capabilities, infrastructure and customer base, creating a robust platform for its next phase of growth.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will take ownership of the finance function and play an important role in supporting the business though its next phase of growth.

The Challenge The role will include:

- Partnering with the CEO and executive team on strategy, growth initiatives and commercial decision making
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, long term planning and management reporting
- Providing high quality financial analysis and insight to the CEO, Board and majority shareholder
- Overseeing financial reporting, tax, treasury, audit, compliance and financial controls
- Improving the quality, timeliness and commercial usefulness of financial information
- Leading the design and implementation of the new ERP system
- Driving improvements across finance systems, processes, automation and data quality
- Building and developing the finance and IT capability required to support continued growth





The Expertise Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

- Senior finance leadership experience within a growing sub $100m organisation
- Experience partnering directly with a CEO, executive leadership team and Board
- Private equity or sophisticated shareholder exposure will be highly regarded
- Experience with ERP implementation or broader finance transformation
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insights
- A hands-on leadership style combined with strong executive presence
- Healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industry experience would be advantageous
