Stockwell is seeking a CFO to deliver the financial leadership of the Stockwell business into long-term sustainable growth. We’re looking for an executive and cutting-edge leader to put in place the capital and compliance for our diverse portfolio where people live, work, shop, recreate, retire and invest.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team - whose focus is on leasing, selling and capital raising – to deliver profitable results and prosperity for our customers, team, investors and future generations, and have fun while we do it.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily Financial Operations, Compliance, Business Systems and Private Capital.
- Develop and sustain financial models that support growth, investment opportunities and commercial strategy.
- Put in place the capital to deliver the 10-year business plan working in conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Effectively allocate resources and build capability to ensure the finance function is positioned for future growth and success.
- Build relationships with Australian banks to deliver funding for projects and acquisitions.
- Provide oversight of corporate governance,



regulatory compliance and financial controls to protect assets and support sustainable growth.
- Lead an established team including; Head of Finance, Financial Controller, Head of Compliance & Debt, and Private Capital Manager.

About You:

- CA or CPA qualified.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, Finance, Law, or related.
- Proven experience in a CFO or equivalent senior executive role, with exposure to both public and private businesses.
- Experience within the property development, construction, financial services, residential, or retirement living sectors.
- Big 4 accounting firm experience will be highly regarded.
- People-focused leader with a growth mindset and a passion for developing and mentoring a high-performance team.
- Innovative and sophisticated approach to business and decision-making.
