Service is looking for a dedicated Child and Family Health Nurse to join our Families First team, supporting families across the Moree community during the important early years of their children’s lives.
About The Role
As part of the Family First team, you’ll play an important role in promoting the health, development and wellbeing of children and families. You’ll build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing practical support, education and guidance.
This role offers the opportunity to work both autonomously and alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll develop meaningful connections with local families and contribute to positive health outcomes across the Moree community.
What We’re Looking For
- Child and Family Health qualifications.
- Experience working with infants, children and families, with an understanding of early childhood development and parenting support.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
Requirements Current Registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife with AHPRA.
