We are seeking a Chief Radiographer/ Clinic Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity, offering excellent salary, flexible working arrangements and allowances.

As Chief Radiographer / Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the radiology clinic, delivering diagnostic imaging services and leading the clinic team.

You will work clinically as a Radiographer alongside the team while taking ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. You will be reporting directly to the Clinical Director.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the radiology clinic
- Work clinically as a Radiographer as part of the clinic roster
- Lead, support and coordinate Radiographers, Sonographers, Receptionists and other clinic team members
- Manage daily workflows, patient scheduling and clinical operations
- Coordinate staff rostering and support appropriate clinic coverage
- Coordinate between local referrers, specialists and hospital staff
- Maintain high standards of patient care, safety and service
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, referrers and local healthcare professionals
- Ensure imaging services are delivered in accordance with relevant clinical, regulatory and organisational requirements
- Oversee equipment,



stock and operational requirements of the clinic
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency and the patient experience
- Support the onboarding, training and development of clinic team members

We are looking for an experienced Radiographer who is confident clinically and ready to take ownership of clinic operations and team leadership.

You will ideally have:

- A recognised qualification in Medical Radiations / Diagnostic Radiography
- Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
- Current Victorian radiation use licence, where applicable
- Strong clinical experience in diagnostic radiography
- CT experience highly regarded
- Proven experience, liaising and communicating with hospital staff and other healthcare professionals to support effective patient management, referral pathways and service coordination.
- Previous senior, supervisory, Chief Radiographer or clinic management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy clinical setting
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to leadership
- A strong commitment to patient care and professional standards
- Reliable transport
