An exceptional opportunity exists for an accomplished Chief People Officer to join a substantial, national multi-site services organisation at an key stage of its growth journey. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Executive team, the CPO will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s people strategy, culture and workforce capability as it enters its next phase of growth.

Following a period of significant expansion, the organisation is seeking a leader who can take an established and well-regarded People & Culture function to the next level. The opportunity is to build on a strong foundation, bringing greater strategic focus, proactivity and commercial insight to the people agenda, while continuing to evolve the function in line with the organisation’s growth and future ambitions.

As a key member of the Executive team,



the CPO will shape and execute the People & Culture strategy, partnering closely with the CEO and Executive team to strengthen organisational capability, support continued growth and acquisition activity, and further embed a high-performing culture across the organisation.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record leading People & Culture functions within substantial, multi-site services organisations, ideally with geographically dispersed workforces. They will have experience supporting growth, transformation and change, together with the ability to combine strategic leadership with strong operational execution and translate the people agenda into tangible business outcomes.
