With a robust and growing pipeline of projects across TMR, Defence, Renewables and Rail, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects rather than being tied to one type of work.

About the Role

As Civil Construction Supervisor, you will take responsibility for leading site crews and coordinating the day-to-day delivery of civil construction works.

You will work closely with our Project Managers and management team to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and on budget, while maintaining the high standards expected by RMS and our clients.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading and supervising civil construction crews on site

- Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors

- Planning daily works and ensuring crews have the resources required to deliver

- Monitoring productivity, quality and project progress

- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements

- Working closely with Project Managers to achieve project milestones

- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections

- Identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery





- Maintaining strong communication with the project team, clients and subcontractors

- Taking ownership of site performance and leading by example

About You

We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor who knows how to lead a crew, manage competing priorities and get the job done.

You will have

- Demonstrated experience working as a Civil Construction Supervisor

- Strong experience leading civil construction crews
- A solid understanding of civil construction methodology, plant and site operations

- Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to plan ahead, identify issues and take ownership of outcomes
- A practical, hands-on approach to supervision
- The confidence to make decisions and provide clear direction to your team
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
- The ability to lead by example and set the standard for your crew

- Relevant tickets, licences and construction qualifications
