About the role The Bid Coordinator works to identify suitable business opportunities and manage the bid process in accordance with company procedure (inclusive of estimating functions), ensuring internal reviews and approvals are obtained prior to the submission of conforming bids.

Skills and experience
- High level of ability interpreting plans, specifications and contract documents
- OHS Civil Construction Induction card
- Proficient computer literacy: DropBox, PDF, MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project expertise.
- Ability to operate in a self-sufficient manner and self-manage own performance
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy abilities.
- Tertiary education which relates to projects/building/estimating/contracts (preferred)
- Site project delivery experience (roads, drainage, civil) highly regarded (preferred)
- Candidates local to Rockhampton highly regarded, relocation packages considered.
