About the Roles We are looking for reliable professionals to join our local project team. You will be responsible for executing high-quality civil works, ensuring project-readiness, and maintaining the high standards QCCS is known for across Central Queensland. Including the following Operator tasks:

Key Responsibilities

- Roadworks: Complete excavation and earthworks for road construction projects.
- Pipe Installation: Support trenching and installation of underground services.
- Structure Excavation: Undertake excavation for concrete structures and civil infrastructure.
- Earthworks: Perform cut and fill, bulk earthworks and site preparation.
- Drainage & Dams: Assist with drainage,



water infrastructure and dam construction works.
- Safe Operations: Operate plant safely while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

What We Are Looking For We value people who take pride in their work, value safety, and have a sharp eye for technical accuracy.

Ideally, you will have:

- Relevant RIIs/tickets and equipment competencies (Excavators, Skid Steers & Loaders etc.)
- Previous experience on civil or mining projects.
- A White/Blue Card and current Driver’s Licence.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing random drug & alcohol screening.
- A focus on integrity, results, and a "can-do" attitude that fits a high-performance team environment.
