Chamberlains Law Firm is currently seeking a Client Concierge to join our Business Support Team in Sydney. This is an excellent entry level opportunity into a professional office-based role. The Client Concierge supports our team and the client experience (more than just reception) and is a great fit for a team player who is adaptable, welcoming and reliable.

About the Role

This role is suitable for candidates looking for an entry level position into law firm administration. If you don't have experience working in an office environment but have a strong customer service background and are motivated to work in a professional service environment, we would encourage you to apply.





The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for representing the firm each day. Working as part of our Business Support Team, you will be delivering excellent and professional customer service. Every day in this role is different. You will be encouraged to learn valuable skills that can lead to future opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you need to be a genuine people person, reliable and organised with a high level of professionalism.

Some of your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Reception and client enquiries
- File and document administration
- Meeting coordination
- General office support and assisting lawyers as required
