In this role, you'll:

n

This role will see you lead governance and implementation of Health and Safety Management Systems across complex Sydney Metro projects, ensuring alignment with legislative, accreditation and organisational requirements.

n

You will provide visible, values‐based leadership, influencing contractors and stakeholders to embed a strong safety culture while managing competing priorities in a high‐risk, multi‐party infrastructure environment.

n

You will lead comprehensive risk management activities, including hazard identification, risk assessments, control verification and assurance, ensuring risks are managed SFAIRP and enabling informed, evidence‐based decision making.

n

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant safety discipline (minimum Cert IV WHS or Rail Safety),



with strong knowledge of WHS, RSNL, RIM frameworks and a minimum five years relevant experience.

You're recognised as a credible and influential leader, skilled at building alignment, negotiating outcomes and driving accountability across complex stakeholder environments.

n

You bring extensive experience leading health and safety and risk management in major infrastructure or rail projects to achieve compliance, mitigate risk and deliver continuous improvement outcomes.
