Unlike many service roles, this position is focused on planned and preventive maintenance, inspections, system optimisation, and reliability improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

- Performing planned and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment

- Conducting inspections and condition assessments

- Diagnosing and rectifying faults when required

- Assisting with minor projects and system improvements

- Maintaining accurate service records and compliance documentation

- Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior technicians
n
- Contributing to a positive site culture focused on safety and professionalism
